Clock Sync

Clock Sync is an automated hyperorgan arrangement of ten pieces for flute clock by G. F. Handel, with Pieter Dirksen’s transcription of the Windsor Castle Clock set providing the basis for the music. Each new arrangement lasts around one minute, progressively defamiliarizing the originals. The above recordings were played via Reaper, using Wouter Snoei’s MIDI to OSC MAX patch to control the Utopa Baroque and Sauer organs at Het Orgelpark, Amsterdam.
